    Has sent a copy of your report. Was in hopes to have received what you expected of Lord Trever for Silver Spur Meadow, which will make part of the money for Shelton. If I knew the lowest your Lordship would take for the estate in Leicestershire, that might be brought to have the deeds executed the same time, for this report will not be confirmed till the first day of the next term. Deeds. Mr Ash has brought his vouchers. to which is added copy: Report of S Browning in case Jeremiah Sambrooke, esquire and other plaintiffs versus William Lord St John and others; and between Lady Ann St john and others, plaintiffs, against William Lord St John, Jeremiah Sambrook and others. Advertisements have been put in the Gazette for sale of the manor of Shelton and Dean in Bedfordshire, part of the real estate of Powlett late Earl of Bolingbroke, deceased.
