    Ratifies Settlement made on marriage with wife Catherine, settling messuage in High Street, Leighton Buzzard, on themselves for life, remainder to heirs of body, and includes all the ground and buildings which he has since added, with remainder to eldest son Emor to wife Catherine for life, remainder to eldest son Emor - Messuage with shops etc. fronting south on High Street, and adjoining above messuage west, in occupation Samuel Pyke, surgeon, Matthias Dagnall, Edward Anthony and Joice Stevens, and Reeve a gardner to wife Catherine for life, remainder to daughter Mary Firth - Messuage in Church End, Leighton Buzzard, in occupation Mrs Elizabeth Simpson, lately purchased of William Siree to wife Catherine for life, remainder to youngest daughter Catherine Firth - Messuage, closes etc. in Northall, Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire in occupation Thomas Monk, lately purchased of sister Rebecca Firth to eldest son Emor Firth - Closes etc. in Surcott, Linslade, Buckinghamshire in occupation [?self]. lately purchased of trustees of the late Corbett Kynaston, esquire: subject to annuity of £20 to wife Catherine for life; and also subject to legacies of £100 each to daughters Mary and Catherine after death of wife Catherine; and also subject to annuity of £5 to daughter Elizabeth Horn after death of wife Catherine; and also subject to legacy of £100 to be shared among grandchildren Elizabeth, Joseph, William, Mary and Catherine Horn, after death of wife Catherine and their mother Elizabeth Horn.
