(a) Six cottages on south side of Back Lane, Biggleswade, now or late in occupation of John Huckle, William Wheatley, Samuel Shilleter, Richard Wheeler, George Wilshire and Frederick Woodward. Cottages built by John Jefferies along with two other cottages recently sold to Robert Twelvetrees of Biggleswade, baker on 26 poles of ground purchased by him from Blyth Foster in 1827.
Covenants:
- right of way from Back Lane to the garden and back entrance of the cottages bought by Robert Twelvetrees
- right of way to the well situate on the premises
- no right of dower to any widow of Henry Turney
