    Parties: (i) William Wade of Camden Town (Middx), estate agent, and James Coxeter of Fitzroy Square (Middx), gentleman; (ii) Henry Turney of Biggleswade, grocer Reciting - will of late John Jefferies of Biggleswade, watchmaker, dated 26 March 1867, appointing wife Sophia Jefferies and sons-in-law William Wade and James Coxeter as executors and trustees; - death of John Jefferies on 27 January 1868 - probate dated 12 February 1868 - death of Sophia Jefferies in February 1872 Operative part: - (ii) purchases property (a) from (i) for £360 Property: (a) Six cottages on south side of Back Lane, Biggleswade, now or late in occupation of John Huckle, William Wheatley, Samuel Shilleter, Richard Wheeler, George Wilshire and Frederick Woodward. Cottages built by John Jefferies along with two other cottages recently sold to Robert Twelvetrees of Biggleswade, baker on 26 poles of ground purchased by him from Blyth Foster in 1827. Covenants: - right of way from Back Lane to the garden and back entrance of the cottages bought by Robert Twelvetrees - right of way to the well situate on the premises - no right of dower to any widow of Henry Turney
