Have received Grantham's letter and sent by Mr. Waddilove the drafts on Messrs. Nesbitt for £500 to be signed. Have placed to the credit side of Grantham's separate account the amount of 300 Gold Pistoles and charged them to his account current for the month. Have given Messrs. Herries and Co. of Barcelona credit for 30 Pistoles, and to Mr. Katencamp of Coruna for 124 Reals of Vellon. Both sums are placed at Grantham's account for the month, a note of which is enclosed, together with the balance. Will also send any cash required for next month upon request.
