    Property as in NC262, viz: 8 acres in Leighton Buzzard: in Grovebury Field: 1 acre being a headland and a fellow, on Ratley Hill, Thomas Waters south, and Kings Mead Furlong north. 1 acre (2 lands) in Clay Furlong, J Owen Stubbe east, J Millard west - to which Newman was admitted on surrender of Thomas Millard and wife. in Middle Field: 1½ acre (3 lands) shooting to Clipson Chain, Edward Ashwell west, land in occupation Joseph Nash east - to which Newman was admitted on surrender of Stephen Perrin. 1½ acres (3 lands) in Upper Furlong, shooting into Hunts Way, land in occupation Joseph Nash west, Edward Ashwell east - to which Newman was admitted on surrender of Thomas Millard and wife. in Shenley Hill Field: 1 acre (2 lands) on the sunny side of Shenley Hill, J Smith on one side and John Millard on the other 1 land and 2 roods on the shady side of the hill, shooting down to Town Swerd west, J Franklin north, land in occupation Joseph Nash south - to which J Newman was admitted on surrender of William Sharp, his wife and father. 1 acre on shady side of the hill in same furlong and on the outside of the said field, highway north, Gabriel Horwood south - to which Newman was admitted on surrender of James Sanders.
