    Recites that Jenny Capon died leaving 5 sisters, Ann Hunt (still living), Awdry Chappell, Sarah Waters, Mary Kempster and Elizabeth Lane (all deceased). Benjamin Waters, oldest son and heir of Sarah Waters , sold 1/4 of the property of Jenny Capon to Thomas Waters though he was really only entitled to 1/5. Harry Chappell and Thomas Waters now convey to J Franklin, for £30 each 2/5 of a moiety of the Manor of Morrells and land appertaining.
