Recites that J Capon by will dated 14 October 1762 bequeathed his moiety of the Manor of Morrells etc. to niece Jenny Capon, who has since died intestate. Benjamin Waters is entitled to ¼ of the property as eldest son and heir of Sarah Waters who was one of Jenny Capon's sisters ¼ of a moiety of the Manor of Morells, with messuage and lands appertaining.
