Recites that J Capon of Leighton Buzzard, esquire, by will dated 14 October 1762, bequeathed his moiety of the manor of Morells etc. , in occupation of William Capp, to his niece Jenny Capon, daughter of his late brother Benjamin Capon, subject to a legacy of £50 to his niece Ann wife of Thomas Hunt.
