[no introduction] to son Richard executor, messuage and lands unspecified to son James annuity of £10 to Elizabeth Church of Eggington annuity of £5 to grandson William Dell, son of late son William, 1 guinea to son Thomas £250 to granddaughter Nancy Dell £150 Witnesses: John Ellingham, Edmund Potts. Codicil: to son Richard "best clock, my bedstead, bed and furniture belonging to it as I sleep on, and one other feather bed, a silver half-pint, a pair of salts, a pepper cast, a large silver spoon, a large tea-kettle on the mantelshelf, a bellmetal pot and a gun" to son Thomas "the clock in the house, the bed and bedding and furniture he sleeps on, 2 flock beds, my best gun, the least boiler, a brass kettle and tea kettle, all the silver tea spoons and tea tongs, and one large silver spoon" to granddaughter Nancy Dell "the bed, bedding and furniture belonging to it in the best room, the picture in the parlour called 'Her Father's Coach and Horses', and the square table beneath it, one large silver spoon and cream pitcher"
