    - A messuage on the hill in Stanbridge, fronting south on the green, late in occupation William Pigott, William Woodward and John Dickens, since of John Flint, Thomas Standbridge and William Hyne, and now of Peter and Deborah Ellingham and William Hyne and William Woodward; 2 closes adjoining (3 acres); Little Hillwick (½ acre); 3 roods meadow in Gossdale, being right of common for 3 cows over Gossdale mead; 1 acre and a swarth (½ rood) meadow in Westlingdole, shooting to Bowling Alley or Billington mead; ½ acres in the Spirit; 6 acres in the common fields (as in NC44-45, except that Maglane furlong is called Nag Lane, Maldwick = Noldwick, Meadway = Madeway; "Aston Well or Jackson's slade"; also "2 swaths of lot ground or shifting land changeable every year in "the Spirit and Burnage";) 2 lands in Mag Lane furlong and in Mill Field in Goose furlong or Lang furlong, shooting to Eggington green; all formerly in the occupation of Arthur Ellingham, then John Ellingham and William Ellingham, now Joseph Goss Owners or occupiers of adjoining lands: Abraham Mann, Chandos Leigh, Mrs Firth, Mr Pembroke, Daniel Brown, late William Baker, Richard Gilpin, Mr Willis, William Twidell, John Franklin, William Olney, Joseph Eames, Thomas Goss, John Deverell, David Squire.
