... cottage in the street of Riseley bounded East by village street; West by Hale Brook, now in the occupation of John Curtis, with right of way in common with the owners and occupiers of adjoining premises purchased by the Reverend Thomas Ainsworth by indenture 30 January 1846 [SJ2035] in and out of said premises hereby granted and also a right for all persons, owners and occupiers of the premises, at all times to use the well of water on the adjoining property conveyed to Thomas Ainsworth
