    1) Hardinge Stracey, Denne Hill, Kent, esquire 2) Edward Stracey, Rackheath, Norfolk, esquire 3) the Reverend John Freeman, Norwich, clerk, and Ann his wife, formerly Ann Stracey, spinster 4) Henry Beauchamp Lord St John ... 2 cottages [as in SJ1664-6] ... several pieces of land [as in SJ1663] newly measured on 6 December 1750 by William Nunns of Rushton, Northamptonshire, and in schedule attached to deed making in all 25 acres 2 roods 21 perches all formerly the estate of Nicholas Hardinge, esquire which descended on his death to his two daughters Isabella Hardinge and Mary Hardinge as coheiresses. Isabella afterwards intermarried with the Reverend John Bayley and by her will dated 9 November 1750 devised her moiety to her sister Mary Hardinge for life with remainder to Hardinge Stracey, John Stracey since deceased, Edward Stracey, Mary Stracey since deceased and Ann Freeman then Ann Stracey, by the names of the surviving children of Mary the wife of Sir John Stracey. John Stracey having died intestate and without issue his one fifth part of the moiety descended to his brother Hardinge Stracey as heir at law. Mary Stracey devised her one fifth part to Ann Freeman for life. Mary Hardinge's moiety was by her will dated 13 December 1761 devised to John, Edward, Mary and Ann Stracey (now Ann Freeman) by the names of the brothers and sisters of her cousin Hardinge Stracey, esquire. As John Stracey died intestate his fourth share descended to Hardinge Stracey. Mary devised her one fourth part for the benefit of Ann Freeman for life
