Letters enclosing above certificate (L30/14/184/4) and stating that "Seven prizes have been brought into this port and their Cargoes discharged and the vessels are sent away again in Ballast to sundry small ports in the Province of Biscay near Bilbao". Four British Vessels only have called at this port. God grant us better times.
