reciting that he has contracted for the purchase from Mr William Hopkinson of Castle Bytham, Lincolnshire, for the purchase of an estate at Whitwick End, Bletsoe, for £650, if the same has been conveyed in his lifetime, then he devises the same to his brother William Roe and to John Sanderson in trust for the use of his son in law Thomas Tapp and his daughter Elizabeth the wife of Thomas Tap for their lives, and on the death of the survivor the property is to be sold, the money divided among their issue
