reciting the will of John Cham dated 14 March 1740/1 by which he left property in Bletsoe, Bedfordshire; Sewstern, Leicesterchire; Swineshead, Huntingdonshire to Elizabeth his wife for life then to his son John Cham for ever, charged with legacies, including £50 to each of his daughters Eleanor and Elizabeth at the age of 21, and also half another legacy of £100
