Mrs Harris was safely delivered of a boy recently, she and the child are perfectly well. "Her labour was tedious and painful, but natural and without any bad consequences. The Turks are against war but the Captain Bacha(?) and Ruis Effendi (?) seem disposed to no terms. King of Prussia moderately disposed, as is the Empress Queen, therefore amicable agreement expected. The French will not allow good intentions to be put into practice.
