recites will of her mother Elizabeth Amis, Odell, widow, by which (described) property in Odell was bequeathed jointly to the testator and to her sister Mary Amis ... to sister Mary Amis her half share in this Odell property then to sister Kezia Southwell £50 to sister Ann Southwell £50 to sister Margaret Amis £50 to Thomas, Amis and Mary Eden, the children of deceased sister Sarah Eden, £20 each mention of her uncles Robert Talbot of Sharnbrook and the Reverend William Talbot of Elmset, Suffolk residue to sister Mary Amis codicil 27 Mar 1779: on the death of her brother John Amis of Odell, a bachelor who died intestate, she is entitled to one sixth of an estate in Bletsoe and one in Olney (the Duke of Cumberland).
