Scope and Content
i) Ralph Bromsall, Northill, Esquire
ii) Francis Brace, junior, Bedford, gentleman
reciting will of Ralph Bromsall [1693 see PCC wills] father of i) by which property was put into certain trusts
At his death he left i) his eldest son, 2 daughters, Margaret and Frances, and a posthumous son, Owen Thomas
i) is now 21 so trust determined
now to rectify certain irregularities and to secure payment of portions left in will to younger children
i), and ii) who is the only surviving executor, have agreed that
i) will pay his brother and sisters portions when they reach 21
ii) will account for all monies raised out the estate
i) has entered into bond with brother and sisters dated 15 June 1708 for payment of their portions and to secure payment of them, and to raise the money, he has entered into a deed of the same date and new trust created [details given]
also reciting various other claims and charges
now for speedy raising of sisters' portions and for other charges etc
i) releases to ii)
- manors, farms, cottages etc in Bedford, Clapham, Thurleigh, Blunham, Sandy and Girtford

signatures missing 3 March 1709
endorsed wtih memorandum as to original deed being delivered to Robert Ashham. Part of the property has been sold to him. Reference to death of i) [in 1711], and the need for the deed to be ratified by Owen Thomas Bromsall. When this is done, the original deed of trust, now held by Robert Ashham will be returned to ii). Meanwhile Robert will covenant to produce the deed if necessary 29 May 1712
