reciting proposed security for £7,421 being the mortgage mentioned and Samuel Whitbread's desire to provide for the children of Lord and Lady St John
Appointment by 1) that after his death or the death of Lady St John, (whichever first happens) that the sum of £7,500 is to go to 4) on trust and he assigns his interest in the mortgage etc. firstly to secure the debt of £7,241 and any remainder to 1) and his heirs
