1) John Hitchcock, Woodford, mason 2) Mary Steward, Woodford, widow reciting that 1) is possessed of a cottage by a Bill or Articles of Sale between 1) and George Wadnoe of Woodford, mason, dated 7 January 1656/7 for £15 with a proviso that the deed be void if George Wadnoe pay £15 on 7 January 1664/5 at the house of Richard Hitchcock in Brigstock Grant by 1) to 2) of property for life should he die before his marriage to her
