Having always considered that the plate, furniture and effects received from sister Mary Wright, after brother Daniel Queneborough's
death were a gift and not a loan, have disposed of them as part of personal estate. If any of sister's family claim them, then value
to be deducted from legacies of sister's family
will dated 21 February 1850
with codicil
If niece Mary Ann Forster die before testator, the said £600 to be delivered between her children
Same with legacy to Daniel Queneborough
Same with residue of 4 x 1/5th parts of personal estate
As regards remainder 1/5th part of personal estate devised to children of Samuel Wright. If any die under 21, then share to be divided
between survivors.
May be used for thier 'benefit' until 21 (ie interest on money)
