Scope and Content
i) Mrs Mary Sophie Underwood, wife of Frank Louis Underwood, Nunswood House, Harrold, M.D.
ii) Law Reversionary Interest Society Ltd.
This assignment is supplemental to a mortgage of 17 March 1925 by which i) mortgaged her reversionary interest under the marriage settlement of her parents, Charles Ernest Lavie, deceased, and Sophia Maria Eleanor Sercombe, Rokonui, Geraldine, New Zealand.
£1150 still remains owing on the security of the mortgage but all interest has been paid up to date
now in consideration of £315 paid by ii) to i) (which with said £1150 makes £1465)
i) conveys to ii)
- all premises conveyed by the mortgage freed from all right or equity of redemption.
Said sum of £1150 and interest shall not merge in premises but be kept on foot to protect purchaser against mesne incumbrances
