    i) The Reverend William Henry Rooper, formerly of Old Windsor, Berkshire, but now of the Pines, Bournemouth, Hampshire, clerk in Holy Orders ii) George Rooper, now of Nascott House, Watford, Hertfordshire, Esquire iii) Thomas Godolphin Rooper, the Pines, Bournemouth, Esquire reciting marriage settlement of 15 February 1841 [X440/836] and the decease of T R Hooper and Frances Catherine Hooper and W T Hooper. Also David Veasy in 1871 reciting also disentailing deed of 1 January 1874 [X440/837], which was enrolled in Chancery on 14 January 1874 i) is desirous of surrendering his estate for life to ii) and iii). now ii) at request of i) and iii), and i) in consideration of natural love for iii) has agreed to join, surrender to iii) - all property as in marriage settlement (except annuity) to use of iii) during life of i) subject to term of 200 years and trusts to intent that estates of ii) and i) may be merged and extinguished in the inheritance of the property i) and ii) covenant with iii) that they have not done anything whereby said premises are incumbered with schedule of property, as X440/836-7 signatures of all witnesses Catherine Agnes Rooper, spinster, The Pines, Bournemouth G L Whately, 17, Lincolns lnn Fields, solicitor
