    i) William Beaumont Bevan, Cheshunt, Hertfordshire, farmer James Beaumont Bevan, Clophill, farmer Francis Mawby, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, farmer and wife Mary Beaumont William Harris, St Alban's, Hertfordshire, cotton merchant and wife Elizabeth Beaumont ii) John Foster, Biggleswade, merchant reciting will of John Beaumont, late of Biggleswade, maltster, dated 28 August 1790 ... to kinsman, Thomas Field, and friend, ii) - £500 in trust to be raised out of his stock and personal effects, and pay interest to his wife, Mary Beaumont, for life. After her death, wife might dispose of £400, part of said sum, by will. If not to be divided between i), his grandchildren (i.e. William, James, Mary and Elizabeth) Thomas Field and ii) appointed joint executors of the will will proved (Prerogative Court of Canterbury) on 27 June 1795 reciting death of Thomas Field reciting also the death of Mary Beaumont and her will dated 4 November 1812 by which she bequeathed to her grandsons, William and James, £100 each and to Mary £140 and £110 to Elizabeth. She did not in said will refer to the power of appointment over said £400. She has exceeded that amount but having no personal estate of her own she meant to dispose of the same as part of her own money To avoid disputes i) have agreed that said £100 shall be equally divided between them pursuant to will of John Beaumont now in consideration of £400 paid to William B Bevan, James B Bevan, Francis Mawby and William Harris, with consent of Mary and Elizabeth i) release and discharge ii) from said sum of £400 and from any claims against the trust etc signatures i) endorsed receipts witnesses: Isaac Hindley, Baldock, Hertfordshire, Anna Harris, daughter of Mr Harris, Isaac Piggott, solicitor, St Albans
