    i) Reverend John Morgan Rice of Fetcham, Surrey, clerk, eldest son & heir at law & residuary legatee of will of John Rice late of Tooting, Surrey, esquire, deceased, who was only son & heir at law of Morgan Rice late of Tooting, esquire, deceased, which said John Morgan Rice is also administrator of Charles Rice deceased, late one of the other children & legatees of said John Rice deceased. ii) Samuel Rice, Captain in 51st Regiment Foot at present in East Indies Henry Rice, Lieutenant in Navy Ralph Rice of Southampton Buildings, St. Andrew Holborn, Middlesex, esquire Frederick Rice of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex gentleman Thomas Rice of Doctors Commons, London, gentleman Frances Rice of Fetcham, spinster Mary Rice of the same, spinster the surviving children & legatees of John Rice iii) George Sergeant of Tooting, Surrey, gardener & wife Catherine, the surviving annuitants in will aforesaid iv) Thomas Platt of Stamford Street, Christchurch, Surrey, esquire v) William Howards of St. John's Square, Clerkenwell, Middlesex, merchant, trustee nominated by iv) detailed recitals. now: in consideration of: £7,330 paid. to i) by iv) convey to iv) - manor of Tooting Graveny, Surrey - capital messuage formerly 3 tenements built by Morgan Rice deceased & called Hill House, pleasure grounds etc. 3 acres 2 roods 31 perches [abuttals given...] in occupation of Morgan Rice, then John Rice, then i) - brick messuage, with bakehouse & garden on North of Tooting High Street in occupation of --- Betts - messuage on West of above in occupation of --- Wells - brick house with shop & garden on West of above in occupation of --- Grimstone on lease with 9¾ years to run at £12 per annum - ground in Lower Tooting on North West of road from London to Epsom [abuttals given...] & 4 brick messuages thereon [leases...] - quit rents of £2.1.11½, 1s.6½d, 3s 6d copy attested 11 March 1805 by J. Sheriff of 10 Swithins Lane & W. Pearce of the same
