    i) Robert Rainforth of Dalton [Denton written above] Yorkshire, carpenter & wife Ellen ii) Thomas Mason of Seassey, Yorkshire, carpenter in consideration of: £170 being the same sum as in Release of even date herewith (i) as i) (ii) John Rainforth, eldest son & heir of above (iii) as ii) for docking entail, i) will levy fine to ii) of: - close of pasture in township of Dalton called Hell Potts 7 acres now in occupation John Kitson - close of pasture in Dalton aforesaid called Half Acres containing 2 acres in occupation as above & any other premises of i; in Dalton, to enure to use of ii) signature: i) witness: Thomas Whytehead, Michael Whitehead 26 March 1743 registered at Northallerton “at eleven in the forenoon" 1 June 1743 Book J, page 432, no. 514
