    i) Richard Bird of Beeston, Sandy, farmer (mortgagee of premises hereinafter mentioned) ii) William Inkersole of St. Neots, Huntingdonshire, banker said Richard Bird (assignees of estate of John Sutton late of Sandy, butcher, dealer & chapman, a bankrupt) iii) Thomas Daniel of Hatch in Northill, farmer iv) William Dobson senior of Sandy, miller v) Ann Lincoln of Sandy, widow Samuel Lincoln of Sandy, tailor vi) William Edmonds of Watton at Stone, Hertfordshire, gentleman John Rogers of Potton, cooper (trustee for said William Edmonds) vii) George Pedley of Potton gentleman (in trust for parties iii)-vi)) recites: Mortgage by Demise for Years 24 May 1808 (i) John Sutton (ii) Richard Bird In consideration of: £800 - property as in X440/794 for term of 500 years. reciting therein that John Sutton was entitled to 2 acres 1 rood in open fields of Sandy for remainder of terms of 400 years, created by leases of 1 November 1625 & 10 August 1627 I) Theophilus Cater, Sandy, yeoman II) Thomas Bromsall, Sandy, yeoman reciting therein also that John Sutton was entitled to ½ acre arable in open fields of Sandy for remainder of term of 5000 years, assigned by Henry Edrop late of Sandy, chandler, by Indenture 26 August 1633 to John Symcott then of Godmanchester, Huntingdonshire, gentleman & previously granted from Sir Robert Catlin, knight & John Yarrow, gentleman further: in consideration of said £800 (i) assigns to (ii) - all that is leasehold of said allotment of 9 acres 2 roods 5 perches then in occupation of John Sutton for remainder of terms of 400 & 5,000 years subject to redemption recites: Deed Poll 12 October 1810 annexed to above recited Indenture borrowing of further £400 on same security recites: X440/794 whereas: two principal sums of £800 & £400 with £44 interest totalling £1,244 are now owing to Richard Bird on said mortgages whereas: il) put said premises up for auction in several lots which have been sold to iii) iv) v) & William Edmonds for sums totalling £1.637.10.0 now: in consideration of: £1,244 i) releases all the freehold premises to a trustee in trust to attend the inheritance now: in consideration of: £1,244 paid to i) viz: £644 by iii) £600 by iv) which £644 is part of the £745 paid to ii) in Release of same date as presents: 1. as ii) 2. John Sutton 3. Mathew Banes of Sandy, wheelwright (& trustee of 2.). 4. Thomas Daniel 5. John Rogers of Potton, cooper (trustee of 4) & which £600 is part of the £700 paid to ii - in Release & Assignment of same date as presents [1] as ii) [2] John Sutton [3] Matthew Banes [4] William Dobson [5] John Rogers [6] Thomas Daniel i) assigns to vii) - messuage, close & piece of enclosed garden ground adjoining 3 roods - 2 cottages standing together near said messuage in Sandy - freehold part of allotment in Middle Field 9 acres 2 roods 5 perches for residue of term of 500 years on trusts as follows: - messuage close & garden ground in Sandy late in occupation of John Sutton in trust for Thomas Daniel to attend the inheritance - cottage with little garden & yard adjoining near said messuage late in occupation of George Lincoln & now Ann & Samuel Lincoln in trust for Ann Lincoln & Samuel Lincoln to attend the inheritance - cottage with little garden & adjoining near said messuage late in occupation of Samuel Ratcliff now William Biggs in trust for William Edmonds & John Rogers & the heirs of William Edmonds (who has purchased it) to attend the inheritance further; parties agree that leasehold part of premises shall be freed from mortgage & may be disposed of accordingly signatures: all parties witness: John Pedley, Thomas Hagger, Samuel Sandon, George Pedley
