- to daughter Martha wife of Randall Leach of Sandy gentleman, messuage or cottage with garden ground adjoining in Sandy where Randall Leach now dwells; also 2 small cottages belonging in occupation of Matthew Keep & George Stubbins & ½ acre arable in Long Swadon in Sandy, (which premises were purchased of Sarah Drable, widow) for life; if she predecease husband then premises to him for life then to testator's grandson Randall Leach 2nd son of said Martha & Randall, for ever. witness: Benjamin Tillcock, George Stebbing, W.
