A 5th director at 50 shares will bring the amounts to almost £4,500. Has arranged with Mr Kinglake that if after setting aside £2000 for working capital there is not sufficient to pay i) full cash purchase price of £2,500; the deficiency shall be paid in preference shares in lieu of cash. Could Captain Foster send completed application form & cheque by Wednesday?
