    Jurors' presentment. Affray in Milton Ernest. Edward Hart, labourer, Henry Hart, labourer, James Parrott, labourer, William Brown, labourer, Thomas Griggs, labourer, William Clark, labourer, John Solesbury, labourer and divers other disorderly persons to the number of 20 or more. Thomas Hine, constable, had arrested John Soulsbury for a breach of the peace, the aforementioned persons then assaulted Thomas Hine, set John Soulsbury free and remained together making disturbance for the space of two hours and more on the 15th July 1821. Plea not guilty, verdict guilty. John Soulsbury pleaded guilty.
