i) Mary Poole Foster of Biggleswade, widow ii) Reverend Albert John Foster of Wootton Vicarage, clerk. iii) Thomas Bushby of Biggleswade, builder recites: Settlement created by will of John Nathaniel Foster by which i) is tenant for life of property coloured blue in marginal plan & ii) is now the trustee of the settlement recites: agreement that part coloured blue should be made part of the new road which at the time of the agreement was about to be constructed by Thomas Bushby but by arrangement with i) the position of the road was altered & it was constructed over piece of land coloured yellow on plan instead whereas: i) has agreed to sell the blue coloured piece to Bushby now: in consideration of: 10s - piece of land 12' wide in Lower Holmeside, Biggleswade on East on Hitchin Street & South of said new road, as coloured blue on plan & Bushby grants to i) her right of way to the hereaditments on East of the above piece of land, over piece coloured yellow 26 March 1902
