- piece of land at rear of & on East of ii) 's premises in Hitchin Street in Biggleswade containing 1 rood coloured red on annexed plan which is part of larger piece of 5 acres known as Dawson's Piece conveyed to said John Foster by William Dawson in 1804, with foot way, cart way & right of way along the occupation road on the South side of the land hereby conveyed to & from Hitchin Street
