Foster, West Monkton Rectory, Taunton ii) Thomas Bushby had instructed Bartlett that £8 per pole was price of site in Hitchin Street; £11 per pole frontage was given by Mr Wells in Western Road. Has to provide expense of road construction. 7 March 1891 c) i) Thomas Bushby ii) E. J. Foster, esquire thanks for letter of 7th & offer of ground in Hitchin Street at £6.10.0 per pole; cannot advance on price offered.
