    Parties: Not named (i) the vendors (ii) the purchasers Reciting: -The deposit shall be £50 -(i) are selling as Trustees of the late William Milner -conveyance of 1885 between Thomas Roberts and Thomas Robinson and William Milner -conveyance of 1880 between Charles Gurnhill and William Milner -sale is subject to a right of way over the grass Lane at West side -(i) may be required to provide a statutory declaration showing that William Milner was born on 7 November 1883, the youngest child of William Milner and Elizabeth Milner Operative Part: (ii) shall purchase (a) from (i) for the price of £490. Property: (a) All that dwellinghouse (formerly two tenements) with the buildings and land adjoining containing one rood ten perches, bounded on the south by a road leading from Marton Port to the village of Marton, on the north and east by premises formerly of Pullard's trustees and on the west by property now or formerly of Thomas Lyson. And also all that close of land situate in the parish of Marton called 'Command Close' containing six acres three roods and twelve perches, counded on or towards the east by property now or late of Francis Bainbridge, on or towards the west by property now or late of the representatives of the late William Hutton, on or towards the north by the road leading from Marton Port to the village of Marton and on the south by property now or late belonging to Thomas Watson. All which premises forms nos. 67, 141 and 139 on the ordnance survey map (1920 edition).
