    Parties: (i) William Dalton Stephenson of Marham in the county of Norfolk, farmer, Frank Stephenson of Low Risby in the County of Lincoln, farmer and Reginald James Stephenson of Howsham in the county of Lincoln, farmer (the vendors). (ii)George Sampson of Eastoft in the county of Lincoln, joiner (the purchaser). Reciting: - Indenture made between William Cornelius Foster Brunyee and William Stephenson (1874) - At the date of his death, James Stephenson of Althorpe, Lincoln, alderman owned (a) (then copyhold of the Manor of Crowle) - James Stephenson appointed (i) executors and trustees in his will - James Stephenson died on 20.11.1925 and his will proved 4.6.1926 Operative part: (ii) pays (i) £200 and (i) conveys (a) to (ii). Property: (a) Two closes or pieces of land situate and being at Eastoft in the County of Lincoln called Milking Lane Closes and Nod[sic] 93 and 100 on the Ord. Survey Map (1907 edn). formerly said to contain 4 acres 2 roods 0 perches but according to the said O. S. Map containing toegether 4 acres, 3 roods 32 perches or thereabouts. Bounded on the North by property late of Isaac Wroot, on the South and West by property now or late of John Thompson and on the East by Milking Lane Road or Washing Hole Lane and now or late in the occupation of Joseph Proctor
