    i) Honourable Reverend Lord John Thynne of Haynes Park, Francis John Thynne esquire, eldest son of i) of Haynes Park ii) John Nathaniel Foster of Sandy Place, esquire recites: 25 June 1864 Lord John Thynnne granted to Eustace John Wilson Patten & John Charles Thynne among other hereditaments the annual or fee farm rent from the manor of Bigglewade's desmesne lands, to hold to such uses as i) should appoint. now: i) have contracted to sell to ii) certain apportioned rents amounting to £4.3.9 being part of the fee farm rent in consideration of: £89.13.9 - apportioned rents of £4.3.9 issuing out of Spectacles Meadow, containing 15 acres, a close called Saffrey Ground now called Saffron Ground, 3 acres, formerly 6 burgages, arable called Gillets Piece abutting on Harts Piece otherwise Hush Piece & Hart Piece otherwise Hush Piece in Bigglewade, 8 acres & all other lands at the end of the town of Bigglewade formerly belonging as to part thereof to Blyth Foster, part to John Foster deceased now to John Nathaniel Foster i) release the hereditaments of ii) of the rents issuing from them witnes: A. ?
