Foster to John Squire Bartlett subject to covenant by ii) that he will not allow any building to be erected on the piece of ground to be used as an inn or for sale of beer during lifetime of i) if William Hogg shall so long carry on the business of a brewery in Biggleswade covenant to produce deed of 1851 witness: J. M. Green, merchant's clerk. Biggleswade 25 February 1858
