    i) John Nathaniel Foster of St Andrews Biggleswade esquire ii) William Hogge & Robert Lindsell, both of Biggleswade brewers & bankers recites: deed of 25 May 1851 by which certain parcels in Bigglewade were released to such uses as i) should appoint. agreement that if i) sold or let ground for building on West of railway & abutting on road from Back Lane to Station he would take covenant from purchaser or lessee that no building erected thereon should become an inn or beershop during life of i) if ii) continued so long to run a business of a brewery in Biggleswade.
