Graces of novelty and moral simplicity clothed in the gay and easy attire of Euterpe condescending to common parlance render the performance extremely interesting and agreeable. Wish to see it represented by company of young ladies. Hope you have not laid aside idea, it was not ill schemed; in such chaste scenes would not object to daughters. Perhaps this winter. Will not have so edifying a spectacle dropt. Convinced Lady Grey will prefer it to the best written epithalium on the wedding, or best-contrived firework for peace. The wedding: preference for character over fortune honours family. Progress through diocese - Lord Bathurst and Duke of Beaufort's grounds. No alarms about the progress of Popery - abhorrence of affectation of them. Has no satisfaction in executed poor scoundrel.
