recites will of John Foster late of Biggleswade deceased proved 24 September 1847, devising all real estate to John Nathaniel Foster for life, then to use of issue of John Nathaniel Foster in tail general with cross remainder & the will gave John Nathaniel Foster power to dispose of the property & the money paid to trustees to hold in trust for reinvestment in real estate in, among other investments, the Parliamentary Stocks of Great Britain
recites: that John Nathaniel Foster sold various portions during hie lifetime & the proceeds were invested in his name and in the names of his sons Edward John & Albert John Foster; at date of his death there was £356.13.9 & £281.11.2 in consols. & £1,705.16.1 of India 3½% stock
recites: death of John Nathaniel Foster 30 January 1891; will proved 14 March 1891
whereas: he made no special appointment of stock & so it devolved on his 3 surviving sons & they have agreed to disentail the stock
now: i) ii) & iii) assign to iv)
- the said three sums of stock discharged from the trust
in trust for i) ii) & iii) 6 May 1891
