whereas: by virtue of will of her father & subsequent death of her brother Raymond Barber a minor, said Elizabeth became entitled to freehold & copyhold estate in Biggleswade & £2,100 & to share of personal estate

whereas: said articles were prepared without the privity of ii) & it is agreed that all real & personal estate to which said Elizabeth Lindsell or Edward Lindsell in her right was seised at time of her marriage should be conveyed on trusts as hereinafter expressed now: agree that as soon as Elizabeth is 21 i) will convey to iii)
- all freehold & copyhold premises by will of John Barber deceased devised in trust for Elizabeth Lindsell
