- Scope and Content- executor to sell & convert into money all personal estate & effects & after payment of debts, funeral & testamentary expenses to apply residue for education of testator's daughter Mary Ann. - all real estate to said daughter; if she dies unmarried under 21 then father in law John Revitt of Biggleswade to have cottage in Langford Lane in Biggleswade now in occupation of Brother-in-law William Bywaters on trust to sell (having paid off mortgages now existing thereon) & pay proceeds to said William Bywaters & testator's son-in-law, Ann, wife of John Barker of Biggleswade & Mary, wife of William Squires of the same, butcher, in equal 1/3 parts - if said daughter dies under 21 then residue of real estate bequeathed to her to go to John Revitt aforesaid who is sole executor & guardian of said daughter witness: Samuel Newman, Biggleswade, Thomas Turpin, Biggleswade, Robert Haynes, Biggleswade 21 January 1827 proved at Doctors Commons [Prerogative Court of Canterbury] by executor aforesaid 15 July 1828
