    Self & late husband lately occupied house, yard, garden & some outbuildings at Biggleswade for 24 years & that the premises together with a common right belonging thereto were rented to use of the late Mrs Mary Ann Herbert & her late husband Mr Nathaniel Vincent Herbert until their respective decease & subsequently the representatives of the survivor & that premises formed lot 2 of Sale by Auction of the property of Mrs. M.A. Herbert at the Auction Mart in London on 13 November 1862 & that the common right for one horse & 2 cows attached to the said premises formed lot 7. From commencement of our tenancy to death of my husband 24 November 1860 he either let or occupied such common right as convenient to him but from his death until I quitted possession on 30 April 1863 it was let to Mr Monfort Docwra.
