    i) Robert Hodges of Biggleswade, gardener & wife Sarah (nee Carrington) ii) Thomas Samuel of Biggleswade, pattenmaker & wife Elizabeth (nee Carrington) iii) Henry Phillips of the same, currier John Jackson of Biggleswade, labourer William Barrett of Biggleswade, labourer John Odell of Caldecot, gardener William Wheatley of Caldecot, labourer Charles Thompson of Caldecot, labourer John Rawlings of Caldecot, labourer George Woodward of Caldecot, labourer Edward Powell of Baldock, Hertfordshire, minister [it seems likely that these could be trustees of a church, possibly Primitive Methodist which had chapel in Shortmead Street. see 1845 Directory] iv) John Nathaniel Foster of Biggleswade, esquire recites: X440/452 whereas: deeds in schedule have been delivered to iii) as purchasers of messuage to which said common right previously belonged now: i) & ii) covenant with iv) that they had lawful authority to make said surrender & will make any further conveyances which may be necessary further: iii) covenant with iv) to produce deeds listed in schedule on reasonable request schedule: deeds as in X440/451 but omitting will of Thomas Horn signatures: i)-iii) witness: Edmond Stanton Gilbert Haynes clerks to Mr Chapman solicitor
