    - to James Ind of Ashwell, Hertfordshire, brewer & sons John & Robert Thurgood his half part in: arable called the Delves Piece in Biggleswade 20 acres to south of town; parcels of meadow in the Spectacles, Biggleswade bounded East by the highway, West by the river i.e: Little Meadow 1 acre 3 roods, South Meadow 3 acres 28 perches, Further Mead West 6 acres 1 rood 1 perch, Middle Mead West 5 acres 29 perches, River Slipe 1 acre 1 rood 25 perches, lately purchased of Thomas Marshall in trust to use profits for maintenance, education & upbringing of sons Robert, Thomas, William & James, daughters Sarah & Hannah & any other children as yet unborn during their minority; on children attaining 21 the above property to be given to them as tenants in common. Any dying before 21, that share to go to survivors. - to said Robert, Thomas, William, James, Sarah & Hannah & any other children yet unborn £500 apiece to be paid at 21 or date of marriage - to wife Hannah all household goods, furniture, corn, grain, hay, grass, seed, pulse, cattle, implements of husbandry & farming stock, which shall be at farm at Hinxworth now in occupation of John at time of testator's death, paying debts on account of the said farm. - to James Ind £50 for his care & trouble witness: Thomas Barns, Isaac Hindley, H.O.
