    Abstract of the will of Elizabeth Pidgeon appointing her eldest daughter Mary Elizabeth Pidgeon and late husband’s half-sister Mary Elizabeth Byham, wife of George Byham of 119 The Grove, Ealing [Middlesex] as her executors and trustees and, after giving £10 to her son and dividing her furniture equally among her daughters, devised all real estate and bequeathed residue personal estate to her trustees for sale. The will recited that the testatrix was entitled to shares in Clifton Bury Farm, contracted to be sold partly by auction and partly by private treaty, and to shares in land at Blunham and Tempsford contracted to be sold by auction Elizabeth Pidgeon died on 24 December 1889 and her will was proved in Northampton DPR on 19 February 1890
