    Parties: (i) John Lindsell of Hastings [Sussex], esquire; (ii) Walter Robarts of Biggleswade, butcher Reciting: - indenture of 4 March 1814 between (1) Edward Lindsell and Elizabeth, his wife (then a minor) – father and mother of (i); (2) Elizabeth Barber and (3) Stephen Raymond, John Barber, Thomas MacGrath and Robert Burton Lindsell in which (1) covenanted with (3) that he would convey to (3) as trustees for sale (and payment of half rents, profits, interest etc to Elizabeth Lindsell) when his wife became 21 all real estate, copyhold and freehold devised to her in the will of her father (including property expectant upon the death of her brother John Barber, also a minor); - 14 acres in Biggleswade called Boddington Piece had been conveyed; - Boddington Piece had become vested in John Lindsell subject to claim by Elizabeth for her separate use; - (ii) had paid £1,000 to (i) for two acres of Boddington Piece and it had been conveyed to him - (i) had agreed to indemnify (ii) Operative Part: - (i) covenanted with (ii) that he would indemnify (ii) regarding the conveyance to him and any claim by Elizabeth Lindsell Witness: - James H Balding of 134 All Saints Street, Hastings
