    - has surrendered copyhold land to use of will, viz: ...Inn called Royall Oak & close of pasture belonging 2 acres ...3 acres arable & 2 acres meadow in Biggleswade in occupation of William Savage now he devises all the above & ...piece of arable & sward ground 20 acres in Biggleswade near hamlet of Holme purchased of Edward Bray to son John Beaumont chargeable with payment of annuity of £20 to wife Elizabeth for life & if unpaid at any time Elizabeth may distrain; if she claim any rights of dower, annuity to stop at once - £120 to Elizabeth - such household goods as Elizabeth shall choose during testator's lifetime with his consent whereof an inventory is to be made - £200 to son William Beaumont provided he shall within a year of testator's death execute a deed of release to his brother John of any claim he has in the estate - £200 to son Edward - £20 to daughter Elizabeth Costin - £100 to daughter Ann Randall - rest of personal estate to son John who is executor witness: Robert Palmer, Richard Brasier, Michael Dymoke dated: 17 May 1718 proved: 11 June 1726
