    i) Thomas Brown now of Dunton, Bedfordshire, but formerly of Wolverton, Buckinghamshire, yeoman ii) Elizabeth Barber wife of Samuel Barber of Biggleswade, yeoman ii) was well acquainted with widow Hunt who for many years resided in Biggleswade, whose Christian name was believed to be Anne & who came "from out of Lincolnshire", frequently heard her say that John Hunt then of Biggleswade, gardener, since deceased with whom she then lived & Mary Burks who had married & resided in Lincolnshire but was then deceased, were her only children by her deceased husband. When said Anne Hunt came from Lincolnshire to reside with her son at Biggleswade about 38 years ago she was accompanied by one Margaret Burks now of City of Coventry spinster then aged 8 years whom she represented to be her grandchild & only child of said Mary Burks. Also well acquainted with John Hunt & Ann (nee Rands) his late widow, deceased, both before & after marriage in 1777 as deponent resided near their dwelling house; issue of marriage 9 children, viz: Margaret died 1794 William died unmarried 16 years ago Anne died aged 2 another Anne married Thomas Brown aforesaid Mary died 1811 aged 25 Naomi died October 1809 between 20 & 21 years of age Joanna died 1811 aged 18 Frances died 1811 between 20 & 21 years of age another Margaret died 1815 aged 17 said John Hunt died several years ago leaving wife Anne who has since died i) married Ann daughter of John Hunt in 1807 at Biggleswade parish church; issue one daughter Naomi; Ann died 1811 & Naomi died unmarried 1824 sworn at Biggleswade by ii) 1 August 1826, by i) 18 October 1826
