    - to wife Mary all household effects that were hers before marriage & £40 that she had before marriage, also £10 per annum chargeable on testator's real estate bequeathed to daughter Ann Hunt - to grand-daughters Mary Dorley, Elizabeth Hodges, Rhoda Cashmore, Dorothy Hodges & Keturah Hodges the daughters of testator's late daughter Mary Hodges deceased £40 each - to grand-daughters Kitty Hodges & Sarah Hodges daughters of said Mary Hodges deceased, £40 each at age 21 or marriage with interest at 5% per annum from testator's decease - to grandson Robert Hodges 2 cottages with common right in Holme Street in Biggleswade in occupation of John Milton & Mathew Southoe - to grandson Joseph Hodges 2 other cottages in Holm Street formerly estate of James Brooke now in occupation of William Lawman & James Britten - to grandson Thomas Hodges 2 other cottages in Holme Street in occupation of Robert Wilson & James Crawley - to daughter Ann Hunt for life: A: messuage in Shortmead Street in Biggleswade in occupation of testator & son-in-law John Hunt & 7 roods enclosed garden ground adjoining also in testator's occupation purchased of Mr John Spriggs B: piece of arable called Little Moor Gilletts 2 acres 3 rood 19 perches in occupation of John Hunt purchased of Culling Smith esquire & William [?] James Brooke C: 2 cottages in Biggleswade in occupation of Peter Stanley & Hannah Lawman together with piece of garden ground in occupation of William Hunt on South of said cottages D: other cottage in Biggleswade in occupation of John Leighton & piece of garden ground occupied by said John & Hannah Lawman on North side E: parcel of land allotted in lieu of 2 lands in Chesterfield in Sandy, 1 acre occupied by William Cousins & William Winepress & now of William Simons. After death of Ann Hunt, A. to grandson William Hunt; B. to grand-daughters Ann & Mary Hunt; C. to grand-daughter Naomi Hunt; D. to grand-daughter Frances Hunt; E. to grand-daughter. Margaret Hunt. - to grand-daughters Ann, Mary, Naomi, Frances & Margaret Hunt daughters of said Ann Hunt £10 each & to Joanna daughter of the same £50, all at 21 or marriage.
